My law practice focuses on empowering those who would otherwise be at the mercy of those who use their power and status to cheat those less fortunate.​

I'm passionate about democratic self-governance, the labor movement, free speech, and access to information.

In law school, I co-founded FreeCulture Fordham Law, a chapter of Students for Free Culture. I was also honored to serve on the board of Wikimedia NYC, the regional chapter of the Wikimedia Foundation whose mission is a "world in which every single person on the planet is given free access to the sum of all human knowledge."  

I'm currently trying to help launch a Mid-Hudson Valley Chapter of the National Lawyer's Guild, a bar association whose "aim is to bring together all those who regard adjustments to new conditions as more important than the veneration of precedent; who recognize the importance of safeguarding and extending the rights of workers, women, farmers, and minority groups upon whom the welfare of the entire nation depends; who seek actively to eliminate racism; who work to maintain and protect our civil rights and liberties in the face of persistent attacks upon them; and who look upon the law as an instrument for the protection of the people, rather than for their repression." Currently, I'm also a graduate student in the Labor Studies program at CUNY's School of Labor and Urban Studies, where cutting-edge interdisciplinary scholarship is used as a tool to advance worker's rights and the interests of the labor movement.
